Kircher places Lamed on the diagonal from the severe fifth sphere to Tiphereth. The line turns judgment inward toward the center rather than continuing down the outer pillar.

The Golden Dawn correspondence gives path 22 the attribution Libra and the tarot trump Justice. This row is later than Kircher’s plate and much later than the letter classification.

Adjustment in the later table
Crowley renames Justice as Adjustment while retaining Libra and Lamed. The title foregrounds an active balancing process instead of a legal personification.
The changed title or letter assignment is substantive. Printing both labels without a date would collapse a historical revision into an apparent synonym.
