What this paran finder calculates
At one UTC birth instant, this site computes apparent geocentric coordinates for two planets. For every pair of rising (ASC), setting (DSC), upper-meridian (MC), and lower-meridian (IC) conditions, it solves the latitude where both angular curves meet at the same longitude. That exact map crossing is the seed. Traditional locational reading carries its latitude east and west around the globe as a paran band. A point elsewhere on the band is not a claim that both planets are physically angular there at the same instant.
Results rank the bands by north–south latitude gap from the place you enter. The reference latitude can be changed without recalculating the underlying birth sky. For an exact crossing coordinate use the mapped-line crossing finder; for a single planet's curves use the world planetary-lines map. A latitude band is neither a relocation chart nor a prediction about a destination.
