When does a graha become Vakri?
From Earth, a planet can appear to move backward along the zodiac for a period. Its longitude first slows to a station and then decreases; that is the Vakri or retrograde station. When the longitude begins increasing again, the next station is Margi or direct. This apparent reversal is a change of viewing geometry. It does not mean that a planet physically reverses its orbit around the Sun.
Drik Panchang organizes its planetary Vakri dates by graha and shows the two station moments, leaving shadow and release dates for a different calculation. This page independently computes the two motion changes and omits shadow and release. A stationary time is an instant in UTC; only the local clock label varies by offset.
