What this chart shows
The blue outer ring is the birth sky. The red inner ring is the sky at the most recent secondary progressed New Moon before the chosen life date. The event is first found in the symbolic ephemeris: one day of actual planetary motion after birth is mapped to one year of life. The result separately labels the astronomical New Moon time and its mapped life date.
This is a comparison of two calculated sets of planetary longitudes. The progressed ring has no Ascendant or houses because several progression angle conventions exist. The birth ring retains its own local houses. The method guide explains the date mapping, especially why an early target can have a previous symbolic New Moon before birth.
