Everyday life and work
Scorpio becomes the Sun’s sign on Friday, highlighting Capricorn’s sector of groups and long-range aims. Mercury stations retrograde there the following day. Revisit a team plan that sounds agreed but still depends on you to translate every next step. Choose a complete piece another person could own: preparing a short agenda, collecting the necessary responses, or checking one result. Give them the purpose, the information, and the decision they are allowed to make. Then ask where the handoff is unclear. If the task returns to you for every small choice, the arrangement needs another term rather than another reassurance. A durable group plan makes responsibility legible enough that participation can survive an ordinary absence.
Relationships and connection
Venus returns to Libra on Sunday, linking the week’s relational question to public work and recognition. If someone helped make a visible result possible, thank them for the action they actually took. A precise acknowledgment can mean more than a general compliment. You may also need to tell a collaborator how you want your own contribution represented. Ask for that clearly, without requiring them to infer it from how much effort you supplied. Shared credit works best when neither person has to turn the occasion into a contest for attention.
A question for the week
What information or authority is missing from the task you want to hand over?
