What the result means
The first row starts at modeled local sunrise. When the Moon crosses a sidereal boundary before the following sunrise, a new row starts at the modeled ingress. Counts begin with the natal Moon sign itself as one. These are conventional classifications used in panchanga tables, not a forecast about an individual event.
