What the comparison shows
The planets follow the same day-for-a-year secondary progression in both columns. For the first set of angles, the Naibod method adds 0.98564733° per tropical year of age to the birth ARMC (local sidereal angle). The second set uses Earth’s sidereal rotation at the symbolic ephemeris day. Day.” Both sets then calculate the horizon and meridian intersections for the entered latitude, using the symbolic day’s obliquity. The Porphyry method trisects each quadrant between those axes to obtain all twelve cusps.
The progressed-day calculation here uses the actual sidereal angle at the rounded symbolic UTC minute, rather than a fixed 361° multiplier. Planet positions therefore remain identical while angles and house numbers can differ.
How to compare with another chart
Match the birth time, historical UTC offset, coordinates, target date, tropical zodiac, one-day-per-tropical-year key, angle progression setting, and house system first. A chart set to Placidus, solar-arc MC, or a different age key will have different cusps. House labels here refer to Porphyry quadrants, not Whole Sign houses.
A birth time that is missing or uncertain can move the Ascendant and cusps substantially. Very high latitudes and degenerate quadrants are withheld. These are symbolic timing methods; neither column predicts an event.
