Why compare houses?
The zodiacal degree of a planet is calculated from one UTC birth instant. A house system then divides the local sky or zodiac into twelve places. A planet near one of those divisions can fall in the fourth house under one method and the fifth under another, although its zodiacal degree has not moved. The table exposes those assignments and all twelve cusps together so you can inspect the difference instead of assuming one label is universal.
Whole Sign begins the first house at 0° of the rising sign. Equal House starts at the exact Ascendant degree. Quadrant systems use the local horizon and meridian in different ways. A system can become unavailable at extreme latitude; when this site's engine substitutes Porphyry, the column says so explicitly.
