What this comparison can show
The Ascendant and Midheaven are local angles, so they can change noticeably when the clock time changes. Whole Sign houses depend on the rising sign; Equal, Porphyry, and Placidus cusps use the angles more directly. A planet’s zodiac longitude stays nearly fixed across a short window, yet its assigned house can change when a cusp moves past it. The Moon also moves fast enough for a degree change to matter, especially near a sign boundary.
