Separate field observations from birth evidence
The Jane Goodall Institute identifies London and the birth date. Goodall’s long observational record is a model of documenting evidence; it does not turn an unrecorded birth hour into an observed datum.
Planetary sign range for the recorded date
The possible signs cover hourly positions across the recorded date and every civil-day UTC offset from +14 to −12. Without a verified birth hour or offset, a body that crosses a sign boundary remains unresolved.
