After an unwanted influence departs, the receiver may need sleep, appetite, concentration, trust in perception, creative desire, or the ability to make a choice without rehearsing the sender’s reaction. A restoration herb is chosen for the capacity actually diminished, not for generic sweetness.

Leena’s deepest loss is not calm. It is authorship. She must learn which artistic ambitions are hers, which critiques remain useful, and which inner phrases are residues of domination. A nourishing or clarifying plant can hold that gradual return without pretending one cleansing erases experience.
