A source is specific about some facts
The Nobel facts page gives a date and city. Its precision on those points does not establish an hour. An archive should preserve that difference instead of allowing a complete-looking wheel to imply more certainty than the record warrants.
Planetary sign range for the recorded date
The possible signs cover hourly positions across the recorded date and every civil-day UTC offset from +14 to −12. Without a verified birth hour or offset, a body that crosses a sign boundary remains unresolved.
